Your guide to permitted and prohibited content on 1Bio. Read these guidelines carefully before uploading any media. All uploads are reviewed by our team before publication.

Different rules apply to each gallery type. All uploads are reviewed before being made public.
🌐 Public Gallery
Visible to all visitors
- ✓ Face & portrait photos
- ✓ Body photos (non-nude)
- ✓ Lifestyle, fashion, art
- ✓ Fully clothed or tasteful
- ✗ No nudity
- ✗ No sexual content
- ✗ No explicit poses
⭐ Premium Gallery
Premium members only
- ✓ Nudity (adults only)
- ✓ Erotic photos & videos
- ✓ Sexual content (adults)
- ✓ Fetish content (within limits)
- ✓ Adult toys
- ✗ No extreme content (see §4)
- ✗ No minors
- ✗ No violence

Paid access — prices set by you

🚫 2. Illegal & Extreme Content
The following content is prohibited under all circumstances and results in immediate account suspension:
PROHIBITED
- Sexual acts with animals (bestiality)
- Child pornography or any sexual content involving minors
- Minors in any context — including in image backgrounds
- Snuff pornography or simulated death/severe injury for sexual purposes
- Blood, urine, faeces, vomit or substances appearing to be these
- Clothing soiled by excrement or urine
- Severe bruising, open wounds, injured or broken skin
- Burns, branding, or body parts used as ashtrays
- Content depicting or promoting permanent physical harm
- Drugs, drug use or drug paraphernalia
⛓ 3. Bondage & Breath Control
BDSM content is permitted in Premium/Private galleries with the following restrictions:
ALLOWED (Premium/Private)
- Bondage with restricted movement, provided breathing is visibly possible
- Restraints on hands OR feet (not simultaneously with a gag)
- Soft restraint materials: silk, leather, rope (not metal chains on neck)
PROHIBITED
- Person fully immobilised (hands AND feet) AND wearing a gag simultaneously
- Anyone appearing to be in distress or experiencing breathing difficulties
- Asphyxiation, choking, strangling, or hanging
- Masks or hoods without visible breathing holes (non-breathable material)
- Ropes, chains or straps tightened around the neck
- Scenes depicting actual or apparent unconsciousness
🔞 4. Sexual Extremes
The following sexual content is not permitted — even in the Private Gallery:
PROHIBITED
- Fisting beyond the wrist or with more than one fist
- Penetration with oversized objects that could cause injury
- Speculum in active (open) use
- Gaping anus, rosebuds or rectal prolapse
- Urinating or defecating on or with persons
- Bloodplay of any kind
- Scenes depicting or glorifying non-consensual sex
✊ 5. Political & Racist Content
1Bio is an open and neutral global platform. Political and discriminatory content has no place here:
PROHIBITED
- Nazi or SS symbols, uniforms, imagery or gestures
- Swastikas and prohibited symbols of nationalist/extremist movements
- Symbols of hate or terrorist organisations
- Political campaign material, electoral advertising or political statements
- Racist, homophobic, transphobic or discriminatory content
- Content attacking ethnic, religious or national groups
⚠️ 6. General Prohibitions
Regardless of gallery type, the following is prohibited:
PROHIBITED
- Weapons used in a threatening or aggressive manner against a person
- Personal data of others (names, addresses, phone numbers, emails)
- Content consisting mainly of text
- Internet memes or images without personal relevance
- Artworks not depicting a real person (unless artistically relevant)
- Commercial material: products for sale, posters, flyers, advertisements
- Watermarks from other platforms or third parties
- Very low quality images (under 300px or heavily compressed)
- Screenshots of chat conversations or social media profiles
- Images of other people without their explicit consent

Review
Every uploaded image is reviewed by our team before publication.

Removal
Images violating this codex are removed without prior notice.
⚠️
Warning
A first offence results in a written warning to the account.
🚫
Suspension
Serious or repeated violations result in permanent account suspension.
📝 8. How to Appeal
If you believe one of your images was incorrectly removed, you may appeal within 14 days of removal. Send an email to support@1bio.lat with:
- Your username (@handle)
- A brief description of the image
- Your explanation of why the image does not violate any rule
